Setup Instructions:

Slip the pressure release valve over the keg’s lip. Due to pressure inside the keg, it must be decompressed using the release valve. Turn the knob on the release valve clockwise until you hear a hiss. The beer might foam out quite a bit, when this happens just close the valve again.

Fit the rubber stopper into the hole the tap fits into. Fit the tapping device into the rubber ensuring that the tap is in the closed position (square to the tap). Hit the tap with the base of your hand or a rubber or wooden hammer into the keg to break the seal.

Start tapping the first beer by pushing the tap handle forwards. If necessary adjust the flow by using the pressure release valve by turning it open or closed.

The keg should be chilled prior to usage. Do not expose to direct sunlight. Do not roll or shake the keg during transport. If cooled properly, the beer will stay cold for up to 5 hours. Once tapped, the beer should be consumed immediately to ensure quality.
